Conrad Reynolds served in the U.S. Army for 29 years and reached the rank of colonel. Reynolds earned a B.S. from the University of Central Arkansas and an M.B.A. from Touro University. His career experience includes working as a military intelligence officer and a military intelligence consultant. Conrad Reynolds (Republican Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Arkansas’ 2nd Congressional District.
